2007 Builder1440 provides technology solutions for 13 of the nations Top 100 home builders
2007 Builder1440 relocates to a 14,000 sq. ft. building to accomodate rapid growth
2006 Builder1440 hosts Builder1440 Users’ Conference in Ft. Myers, Florida.
2006 Builder1440 surpasses the 200 builder / 1300 user milestone.
2006 G.1440 forecasts 22% revenue growth in 2006, with 100% net income growth.
2005 Builder1440 eclipses 115 builders / 828 users mark.

2001 G.1440 releases Sales1440, a Java-based customer relationship management (CRM) and sales system for homebuilders.
2001 G.1440 successfully launches its IT Consulting & Staffing Division providing staff augmentation and permanent placement services.
2000 Matt McShane, former Director of Client Services for Ryland, joins the 1440 team.
1999 We attend our 1st International Builders Show.
1999 Following an 18-month sales cycle, Larry wins his first bid with David Weekly Homes.
1998 Working out of the back of a Chevy Tahoe—armed with a laptop, a cell phone, and a great idea—Larry starts the 1440 companies.
1996 Larry Fiorino, former national VP of Systems and Technology at Ryland Homes, and his team successfully launch SAMS—Sales and Marketing Systems—which led to their listing in “Information Weekly’s” 500.
